Our therapists advocate for the well-being of clients and families through thorough assessments, personalized treatment planning, continuous progress tracking, community-based support initiatives, and comprehensive aftercare planning.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents using evidence‑based, trauma‑informed modalities aligned with Embark’s clinical model</li>\n <li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (clinical, medical, academic, and residential staff)</li>\n <li>Facilitate regular family therapy sessions and maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians to support systemic healing and engagement</li>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and progress monitoring to inform clinical decision‑making</li>\n <li>Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational expectations</li>\n <li>Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and supervision to ensure high‑quality care and continuity of services</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited program (required; must meet Oregon licensure eligibility requirements)</li>\n <li><strong>Oregon Licensure (Required): </strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Marriage and Family Therapist Associate</li>\n   <li>Professional Counselor Associate</li>\n   <li>Clinical Social Work Associate</li>\n   <li>LMFT, LPC, LCSW or <strong>Oregon associate-level equivalents: </strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Desire to develop expertise in individual, family, and group therapy</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a state background check and pre-employment drug screening</li>\n <li>Preferred: Experience in residential treatment using relational, experiential, or systemic models.</li>\n <li>Passion for working with adolescents and families.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries.</li>\n <li>Ability to use electronic health records and digital documentation systems.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license in good standing.</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and TB test.</li>\n <li>Willingness to obtain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to an established Mastery Program that offers professional and financial opportunities for professional growth.</li>\n <li><strong>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</strong> – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave</strong> – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li><strong>Life & Disability Coverage</strong> – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with Company Match</strong> – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li><strong>PTO & Holidays</strong> – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li><strong>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</strong> – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong> Embark Behavioral Health operates a residential treatment facility in Bend, Oregon, specializing in helping adolescents aged 10-14 struggling with behavioral health issues.
