This role ensures solar products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time to support contractors, installers, and project timelines across the renewable energy industry.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>They lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, and in some locations oversee fleet operations. The Operations Manager partners closely with the Warehouse &amp; Logistics team and collaborates with branch leadership to ensure reliable order fulfillment and strong customer delivery performance.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>This role reports to the</span><span> Regional</span><span> Branch </span><span>Manager and</span><span> directly supervises warehouse staff (and drivers where applicable).</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><br></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: </span></p>\n<p>We strive to offer progressive benefits to our employees. We believe that our employees and our culture are the foundation of the work that we do. </p>\n<ul>\n<li>The total compensation for this position is $60k-$65k per year (base + bonus).  Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.</li>\n<li>401k with up to 5% Employer match </li>\n<li>Health Premium covered at 100% for individuals (for select plans) </li>\n<li>Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Group &amp; Voluntary Life Insurance and AD&amp;D </li>\n<li>Unlimited PTO</li>\n<li>100% Paid family leave up to 12 weeks</li>\n<li>Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Warehouse Leadership &amp; Team Development</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced solar distribution environment. </span><span>Build, coach, and develop a reliable warehouse team capable of executing time-sensitive order fulfillment for solar projects. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with the Branch Manager on hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage schedules, payroll, performance feedback, and employee relations. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Drive accountability through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent performance management. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Warehouse Operations &amp; Logistics Execution</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee end-to-end warehouse flow: receiving solar panels, inverters, racking, and related materials; storage; inventory movement; picking; packing; and outbound shipping. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure </span><span>accurate</span><span> and </span><span>timely</span><span> order fulfillment to support construction and </span><span>installation</span><span> project schedules. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain strong inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counting and process adherence. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Optimize warehouse layout, equipment use, and material flow to improve speed, safety, and efficiency. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with logistics teams to ensure shipments are scheduled and executed to meet customer delivery requirements. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Where applicable, oversee fleet operations to ensure safe, efficient transport and preventative maintenance compliance. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span>SAFETY &amp; COMPLIANCE (OSHA / EHS)</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain a safe working environment aligned with OSHA standards and company safety policies. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Serve as the on-site safety leader when Warehouse Lead is unavailable. Responsibilities include: </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Training employees on safety procedures and OSHA requirements </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conducting routine safety meetings and ongoing reinforcement training </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Completing risk assessments and safety audits </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Performing facility inspections (fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, emergency lighting, etc.) </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Leading incident investigations and documentation </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintaining required safety records, certifications, and OSHA logs </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with the Environmental Health &amp;
