    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>As the Distribution Center Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the daily operations of our Distribution Center. You’ll lead a high-performing team to ensure efficient material flow, from receiving and storing inventory to accurate order fulfillment and timely shipping. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are passionate about logistics excellence, and enjoy developing people, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><span>Oversee all distribution center functions including receiving, picking, shipping, loading, product allocation, inventory control, and transportation.</span></li><li><span>Directly manage and support distribution team members to ensure performance goals are met.</span></li><li><span>Optimize labor resources and supply usage to remain within budget, adjusting schedules and shifts as needed to meet operational demands.</span></li><li><span>Oversee the procurement, utilization, and maintenance of equipment and assets; collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely upgrades and repairs.</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.</span></li><li><span>Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous development programs to foster a skilled and motivated team.</span></li><li><span>Manage all aspects of employee performance including evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary.</span></li><li><span>Partner with the safety team to conduct training, workplace observations, safety audits, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions as needed.</span></li><li><span>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment that consistently meets or exceeds operational standards.</span></li><li><span>Develop and manage staff schedules and work assignments to ensure effective coverage and workload balance.</span></li><li><span>Identify and recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to the Director of Distribution.</span></li><li><span>Analyze operational challenges, propose solutions, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement.</span></li><li><span>Champion a culture of high accuracy, accountability, and exceptional customer service.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.</span></li><li><span>5+ years of experience in Warehouse, Distribution, or Supply Chain operations required.</span></li><li><span>Proven leadership or supervisory experience are strongly preferred.</span></li><li><span>Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</span></li><li><span>Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.</span></li></ul>",
