Us.  Come join our team! </p><p></p><p><u>A day-in-the-life of an ACG Car Care Technician:</u> </p><p>ACG Car Care Technicians complete routine scheduled maintenance service on automobiles and trucks, as directed by a manager or Service Advisor. They spend their day performing basic automotive repair, adjustments and maintenance procedures, including, but not limited to; oil changes, tire replacement &amp; repairs and general vehicle maintenance. </p><p></p><p><u>In this role, Automotive Service Techs will also have the opportunity to:</u> </p><p></p><p><u>General Service Tech:</u> </p><ul><li><p>Drive vehicles into service bays, prepare them for, and complete digital vehicle inspection </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Performs general automotive maintenance and repairs </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Test drive vehicles and prepare vehicles for delivery to customers, after necessary repairs and maintenance are complete </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member/customer experience </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Learn from Technician A, B, and C colleagues to further advance your career </p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Technician C:</u> </p><ul><li><p>All General Service Tech opportunities plus: </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform automotive repairs, adjustments and maintenance procedures as outlined on repair orders </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Complete fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, basic repair, and maintenance services, etc. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Technician B:</u> </p><ul><li><p>All Tech C opportunities plus: </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work with, mentor, and train less experienced Technicians </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Performs all Service Technician C duties plus advanced repair and maintenance services. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Technician A:</u> </p><ul><li><p>All  Tech B opportunities plus: </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work with, mentor, and train less experienced Technicians </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Complete electrical repairs, diagnostic repairs, drivability diagnostics, etc. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>How we reward our employees:</u> </p><p>You know compensation goes way beyond take-home pay.
