This role involves handling the setups for all conference/meeting room events, mail & shipping/receiving services and hospitality services, etc.  The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented with an excellent focus in customer service. IST Management is a BPO Company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Workplace Services, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits Include: </strong>Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, Pet Insurance and Bonus Incentives</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Compensation: </strong>$20.00 - $20.00 USD per hrly (DOE)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday   8:00 AM - 5:00 PM  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location:  </strong> The Woodlands, TX   (Employee parking is provided and is free) </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>The Workplace Services Site Manager will be responsible for handling the setups for all conference/meeting room events, mail & shipping/receiving services, and hospitality services, etc.  Additional responsibilities include:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mail related tasks and supporting services such as mail runs & package deliveries to departments</li>\n <li>Assemble and break down conference layouts (chairs, tables, etc)</li>\n <li>Ensure all work standards are met consistently on a daily basis</li>\n <li>Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients</li>\n <li>Monitor & control expenses and budget, keeping upper management updated regularly</li>\n <li>Adhere to all safety and security procedures & protols</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>The qualifications for the Workplace Services Site Manager must be detailed oriented with an excellent focus in customer service.  Additional qualifications include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>3+ years or more background experience in management</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and demeanor - a must </li>\n <li>Demonstrate sound judgement with the ability to think quickly during an emergency situations</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Lifting up to 55 pounds</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li>\n</ul>\n<p>IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
