    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>CREATE YOUR LEGACY WITH THE LEGACY COMPANIES!!</strong></p><p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p>Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse shipping.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Receive, print all Legacy&#39;s P/T, loading plans and/or pallet configurations and send &ldquo;receipt&rdquo; confirmation.</li><li>Print labels and other required documents for each shipment.</li><li>Provide update on trucker&rsquo;s Pick Up Appt request and Appt confirmation.</li><li>Assist with inventory shortages, damages, discrepancies, Cycle Counts information &ndash; including keeping track of urgent product in incoming containers.</li><li>Scan and send copies of shipped BOLs, including carrier&rsquo;s Pro #.</li><li>Track, trace and update incoming shipments and direct deliveries to customers using shipping online tools and Apprise.</li><li>Support inventory maintenance and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Receive, print all Pre-alerts (incoming containers).</li><li>IF live unloads, confirm delivery APPT with trucker and alert of any delay.</li><li>IF Drop &amp; Pick, notify Legacy upon container arrival. &nbsp;Then notify Legacy (and trucker) when container is empty and ready for pick up.</li><li>Send warehouse receipt/tally sheet to Avanti.</li><li>Notify Legacy of any exception on the inbound (e.g. wet container/units, re-carton, shortages, overages).</li><li>Monthly report confirming unshipped P/T.</li><li>Scan and send copies of customer&rsquo;s return paperwork on the day it is received.</li></ul><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>Active self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and carry out processes.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Great attitude, energetic, reliable and punctual.</li><li>Any of the below qualifications / characteristics will be a plus:</li><li>Knowledge of distribution processes</li><li>Direct experience dealing with inventory, logistics and warehousing.</li><li>Strong desire to understand the business of the Company.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div>\n",
