Whatever your product needs, we can meet it with precision and passion.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, service, repair mechanical and electronic equipment at customer sites, manufacturing sites, and sales/service offices.</li>\n <li>Use hand tools, test equipment and multimeters for performing tasks.</li>\n <li>Requires knowledge of equipment specifications.</li>\n <li>Discusses with engineering problems relating to maintenance or operation of equipment.</li>\n <li>Field train customers.</li>\n <li>Performs in house phone troubleshooting support to customers.</li>\n <li>Supports sales for product demonstrations.</li>\n <li>Provides a range of known solutions to problems.</li>\n <li>Innovates on the fly to resolve new and unique problems. </li>\n <li>May need to provide after-hours phone troubleshooting support.</li>\n <li>Will be asked to travel extensively, nationwide</li>\n <li>Build and maintain customer relationships.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned by manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires minimal direct supervision.</li>\n <li>Organizational skills</li>\n <li>Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of supplied machinery</li>\n <li>Ability to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutions</li>\n <li>Will require travel up to 100% of the time.
