Description

Overview Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work The Management Analyst IV will carry out organizational studies and evaluations, assist with the design of management systems and procedures, perform work simplifications and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. This position aligns with Cayuse’s core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Integrity by fostering technical solutions that meet customer needs, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing quality in deliverables. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Functions as a Management Analyst with intermediate knowledge of management systems techniques, processes and technology that will optimize program operations. Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. Analyzes administrative processes and/or office programs. Writes reports, letters, and other documents with recommendations for management programs, policies and activities. Assists with the development of new or revised management systems or procedures to facilitate the operation of programs within established guidelines. Performs administrative and financial analysis. Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis. Prepares various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports. Provides day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications – Here’s What You Need The qualifications and skills listed below are intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for this position. However, due to the anticipated nature of the contract and the absence of a finalized task order from the client, this list should not be considered all-encompassing. Additional qualifications, certifications, skills, or experience specific to the client’s requirements may be identified and requested upon award of the task order. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities as outlined by the client. Must possess a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred, together with twelve (12) years of relevant experience. Two (2) years as a Management Analyst III or equivalent experience Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices. Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies in order to analyze and assemble information; and expert knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems and procedures to perform analytical studies. Experience working in a government capacity preferred. Secret Clearance is required. Due to the nature of work at the client’s site, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment. Minimum Skills: Expert knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques in order to plan, schedule and carry out studies and analyses of management functions or programs Must possess excellent command of the English language and excellent writing skills Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Our Commitment to you / overview of benefits SCA Health & Welfare fringe benefits.
