Together, we will create a better world through sport. Join us.  </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>As the Wilson Retail Key Holder, you are an integral part of the store leadership team. You embody Wilson’s core values and our commitment that the most important role in the company is the Athlete Advisor. You are responsible for providing an exceptional in-store experience for the Athlete Advisors and your customers. You are also responsible for supporting in innovative and exciting community experiences.  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: </li>\n <li>Delivering a world class in store experience as an individual employee and floor leader.  </li>\n <li>Providing feedback and coaching to your team to deliver the daily sales plan. </li>\n <li>Supporting with visual merchandising sets and moves. </li>\n <li>Accurately and efficiently receiving and processing inventory.  </li>\n <li>Supporting store projects and brand initiatives. </li>\n <li>Maintaining open and transparent communication with your team and store leadership. </li>\n <li>Opening and closing the store as the store leader, adhering to proper cash handling procedures. </li>\n <li>Attending monthly group tennis lessons.  </li>\n <li>Supporting in community activations and ambassador relationships. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We're Looking For </h2>\n<p>This role requires two or more years’ experience in a sales environment.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Other qualifications include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are passionate about delivering an exceptional consumer experience, every day. </li>\n <li>You have never met a stranger and love solving for the needs of every athlete who comes in your store. </li>\n <li>You have outstanding communication skills. </li>\n <li>You are driven by a high level of autonomy and excel in an entrepreneurial environment. </li>\n <li>You value bold ideas and pursue progress at every turn. </li>\n <li>You stand up with conviction for what you believe in, acting with integrity and respect in every situation.  </li>\n <li>You have experience leading a team and supporting your store management.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We’ll Provide</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay range for this role is <strong>$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr</strong> at the time of this posting.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer an innovative, inclusive, and people-first environment with competitive benefits and perks, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional development opportunities</li>\n <li>Volunteering programs</li>\n <li>Team-building outings</li>\n <li>Discounts on Wilson products</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is an equal opportunity employer.
