As an analyst in PEG’s BEM (Building Energy Modeling) Team, you fill a critical position that serves as the middleman in the home modeling/rating timeline, simplifying the data collected during a home’s detailed inspection. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Job Location:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">This position is based in our main office in Fairfax, VA with the option of a hybrid remote/office work schedule after the completion of the employee's 90 Day Performance Review.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> <br></span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions</span>:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Utilize energy modeling software to generate comprehensive energy efficiency summaries for homes across multiple states.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Analyze and interpret residential construction components that impact energy efficiency and sustainability, ensuring compliance with Building Energy Performance Programs such as HERS, ENERGY STAR, LEED, Green Building, and Building Code Compliance Programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Develop and deliver projected and confirmed compliance reports for homes at both pre- and post-construction phases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing inspection reports, blueprints, and energy audit data collected by the Field Operations Department.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Identify and communicate auditing discrepancies to management and propose solutions for resolution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Work collaboratively with management to develop workarounds and strategies for overcoming project challenges.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Establish, review, and validate key relationships with all primary parties to ensure alignment and efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Interpret and integrate client constraints into project workflows to meet performance expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Manage and maintain all project data and documentation using Excel, SharePoint, and PEG internal portals (Live Feed &amp; Permit Feed) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
