Providing its students with a rigorous academic education, AIS is dedicated to<br>developing each student's highest potential in intellect, character, and physical well-being.<br>Currently, The Agnes Irwin School is seeking a part-time Soccer Goalkeeping Coach, beginning<br>August 18, 2025. This position will be responsible for developing soccer goalkeepers in the<br>middle and upper school soccer programs under the direction of the Varsity Soccer Coach and<br>Athletic Director. Successful candidates will be committed to fostering the intellectual and<br>personal growth of students through the mission the mission of The Agnes Irwin School and its<br>Core Values of Strive for Excellence, Lead with Character, Nurture Passions and Wellbeing,<br>Foster Trust and Community, and Respect and Celebrate All.<br>The successful candidate will possess:</p>\n<p><br>● Experience teaching or coaching soccer goalkeepers; previous competitive soccer<br>playing experience as a goalkeeper is preferred<br>● Proven ability to exemplify the highest standard of leadership, sportsmanship, and<br>respect<br>● Knowledge of appropriate safety measures to ensure the well-being of student-athletes<br>● Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage<br>relationships with administrators, student-athletes, and parents<br>● Ability to attend team practices and games<br>● PA Child Abuse History Certification, PA State Criminal Record Check, and FBI<br>Fingerprints are required and must be less than one year old.<br>● Must possess or obtain prior to start of season current First Aid and CPR certification<br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate:<br>● Embraces the Agnes Irwin School’s mission to empower each girl to learn, lead, and<br>live a legacy, and is committed to the ethos of girls’ education<br>● Will immerse themselves in the life of the school and share their talents<br>● Commits to continued development of cultural competency and necessary skills to<br>engage with and learn from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences<br>● Demonstrates a dedication to continuous growth and development in areas of<br>diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and commits to our DEIB Philosophy at<br>Agnes Irwin<br>● Is willing to engage across difference with empathy and understanding<br>● Regards collaboration as an essential component of professional growth and values<br>working on a team.</p>\n<p><br></p>",
