Financial & P&L Discipline (In Partnership with Finance)</p><ul><li>Partner with Finance on labor modeling, food cost controls, and operational forecasting.</li><li>Review labor strategy, staffing models, and productivity targets.</li><li>Approve corrective action strategies for underperforming locations.</li><li>Ensure operational decisions align with financial objectives and growth plans.</li></ul><p>3.
