We are seeking a Junior Field Engineer to join our Coastal TX/LA Region. <strong><em>This is an opportunity for new or recent college graduates ready to jump-start their professional careers in Marine Construction</em></strong>.<p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>The Junior Field Engineer position is tailored for recent graduates with less than six months of experience. It&rsquo;s an on-the-job training opportunity with career advancement for 12 months and 24 months. This position is for those who have earned a degree and are seeking a career opportunity in marine construction. This position will prepare you for the Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification with the US Army Corps of Engineers.</p><p><br><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; What to Expect</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\"><strong>The water is your office view.</strong>&nbsp;<ul><li>This is a marine/waterway-based position, and the client requires the engineers to be on-site (dredge-based) throughout the shift.</li></ul></li><li><strong>20 paid weeks off a year.</strong>&nbsp;<ul><li>The schedule is 17 days on followed by 11 days off. During your routinely scheduled 11 days off you will receive your predetermined compensation. We are transparent; once we provide an offer of employment, your compensation will be explained in detail in the pre-offer letter.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Opportunity to travel.&nbsp;</strong><ul style=\"font-weight: initial;\"><li>If you enjoy traveling and want to avoid the monotony of the day-in and day-out routine, this might be the ideal opportunity.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Communication and Support.</strong>&nbsp;<ul><li>We provide an environment where our team is supported.
