This is reflected in our industry leading levels of Employee Engagement. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Future Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist opportunity:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and its amenities to prospective residents</li>\n <li>Process rental applications and lease agreements</li>\n <li>Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that resident service requests are addressed promptly</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and leasing activity</li>\n <li>Plan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community, as needed</li>\n <li>Continuous engagement with residents throughout the duration of their tenancy -  fostering tenant retention and a sense of community</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will you need to succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years of prior experience in hospitality, property management or a related field</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service, sales and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What  will be in it for you?</strong></p>\n<p>At CAPREIT, we reward all permanent full-time employees:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Base Salary between $50,000 - $55,000 per annum </li>\n <li>Paid Vacation</li>\n <li>Flexible Health, Dental & Vision Benefits </li>\n <li>Employee Savings Plan</li>\n <li>Employee & Family Assistance Plan</li>\n <li>Learning & Professional Development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>By joining our talent pool, you will have priority access to speak with our hiring team about your interest and relevant experience, giving you the opportunity to make valuable connections.
