We offer an extensive benefits package for our employees including health insurance, time off, 401(k) matching, and more!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shift: Friday - Sunday 4:00am-4:30pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is responsible for performing duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment within the production department to maximize production uptime.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver high quality preventative and emergency maintenance services on all manufacturing and supportive equipment within the production department to maximize production uptime.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot issues and make repairs relating to production and facility equipment as necessary.</li>\n <li>Able to troubleshoot, train and repair mechanical and electrical components, including but not limited to motors, drives, pumps, and control devices.</li>\n <li>Participate in new equipment installation and existing equipment moves.</li>\n <li>Utilize and Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System.</li>\n <li>Work effectively with other departments to improve quality, performance, and productivity.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate willingness to accept direction from management and direct team to improve quality, performance and productivity.</li>\n <li>Observe and comply with safety regulations in accordance with OSHA and equipment manufacturer guidelines when installing, maintaining or repairing electrically energized and/or mechanically moving equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintain the plant and office area to assure a safe and clean working environment.</li>\n <li>Participate in special project work as requested.</li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as requested.</li>\n <li>Complies with ISO certification for all areas of responsibility </li>\n <li>Follows all company procedures and rules </li>\n <li>Follows all mandated security procedures and processes required by industry certifications </li>\n <li>Conducts self in a respectful and professional manner with a focus on teamwork, quality and timeliness at all times</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. Related Post Technical education desired.</li>\n <li>At least five years work experience in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and basic electrical repair. Manufacturing experience desired.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.</li>\n <li>Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software, and the ability to learn how to effectively use maintenance software to input data and research parts.</li>\n <li>Able to work with minimal supervision in a Fast Paced Environment.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>\n <li>Valid drivers license</li>\n <li>Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work is conducted in a variety of positions, some awkward and close in nature, and requires standing, walking, climbing, crawling, bending, stooping and lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Environment is noisy and may require ear protection</li>\n <li>Work involves good eyesight, good hearing, hand/eye coordination and normal color vision to be able to detect problems, to ensure quality product and to maintain safety</li>\n <li>Work involves full use of hands/fingers in order to use precision or semi-precision equipment, tools or instruments requiring deft hand movements</li>\n <li>Work involves dealing with fine detail, which can be tiring both mentally and physically</li>\n <li>Works with rapidly moving machinery that may require quick adjustments to minimize waste and time</li>\n <li>Work is conducted on all shifts and requires incumbent to be on call and available for overtime, including nights and weekends, to meet deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Company Overview:</strong>CPI Card Group® is a payment technology company and leading provider of credit, debit and prepaid solutions delivered physically, digitally and on-demand.
