      "content": "\n<li>Managing multiple projects and schedules&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Implementing and managing changes to ensure project goals are achieved</li>\n<li>Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services</li>\n<li>Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle</li>\n<li>Analyzing project risks</li>\n<li>Supporting the creation of the project plan with cross-functional teams to define achievable scope and schedule, with dependencies identified early and incorporated into said plan</li>\n<li>Successfully execute the system project plan and support bringing the product to market on time with appropriate trade-offs made</li>\n<li>Managing the overall development schedule and critical path</li>\n<li>Identify and evaluate technical risks and drive mitigation strategies cross-functionally to de-risk the project continuously</li>\n<li>Management and development teams have clear visibility into program progress and are made aware of timeline risks and tradeoff decisions</li>\n<li>Running team meetings for progress reporting&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Engaging with outside resources for technical support i.e. vendors, supply chain lead times</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field</li>\n<li>5+ years of project management experience in hardware product development, from concept to end of life, in a lean, startup environment</li>\n<li>Proven stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>A basic understanding&nbsp;of nuclear technology and power systems is preferred</li>\n<li>Competency in Microsoft applications, including Project, Word, and Excel</li>\n<li>Competency in relevant program management tools</li>\n<li>Able to discuss implementation details with engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain to identify cross-functional dependencies and technical risks to project completion</li>\n<li>Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills</li>\n<li>Extremely organized and attentive to detail</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
