    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Join Sodexo and make a meaningful impact on patient care, clinical excellence, and team development. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sodexo is seeking a High‑Level Clinical Nutrition Manager / Director (Registered Dietitian) to provide strategic and operational leadership for inpatient and outpatient clinical nutrition services at Keck Medicine of USC, with oversight supporting locations including USC Norris Cancer Center, Los Angeles, CA.</p>\n<p>This role is responsible for driving clinical quality, regulatory compliance, program growth, and the development of a high‑performing Registered Dietitian team within a complex academic healthcare environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sodexo Offers:                        </strong></p>\n<p>Twenty-three vacation days after 12 months!*18 vacation days for first 12 months!Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, certifications, and CDR renewal!Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement annually!</p> \n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide strategic and operational leadership for Clinical Nutrition services</li>\n <li>Lead inpatient and outpatient programs, including growth of outpatient clinics</li>\n <li>Represent Clinical Nutrition on key interdisciplinary and medical committees</li>\n <li>Present clinical quality metrics and outcomes to leadership</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulations.Oversee peer reviews, chart audits, and quality improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of  Registered Dietitians</li>\n <li>Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development</li>\n <li>Manage department operations, budget, productivity, and nutrition informatics</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
