font-size: 15px\">Core Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Instruct individuals, small groups or classes of students within certificated teacher guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">May prepare lesson plans, materials for lessons, and assess student progress</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Document student progress/activities/outcomes and provide regular feedback to student(s), classroom teachers, parents, and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">May work with students to reinforce learning of material or skills as described in an Individualized Education Plan.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Assist the teacher in devising special strategies for reinforcing material or skills based on a sympathetic understanding of the individual student's needs, interests, and abilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Maintain the same high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information about the student as is expected of fully licensed teachers.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with school personnel, parents, and other service providers for the purpose of improving the quality of student outcomes, developing solutions and planning curriculum.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
