font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit\">This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines technical roasting expertise with operational discipline, a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for developing people. </span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit\">You’ll lead the end-to-end roasting operation, overseeing green bean silos and roasters to meet production requirements while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety and efficiency. </span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit\">Working closely with the Site Manager and Roastery team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring continuity of supply, optimising roaster performance and building team capability.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
