We are a fast-paced, growing practice that is always looking for new talent and great employees to enhance our team.</p>\n<p>You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What is in it for you</strong></p>\n<p>Medical Insurance, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k & 4% Match, Employer Paid Life and AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off and Sick Time, 7 Holidays, Career Growth & Development </p>\n<p>The pay rate for this position is $23.00- $25.00 per hour based on experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicating with patients about their weight loss journey through emails, phone, Zoom calls, and face-to-face conversations</li>\n <li>Managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance and financial information in a confidential manner</li>\n <li>Scheduling patient visits and answer questions, including billing and weight loss journey from start to finish</li>\n <li>Coordinating all surgical procedures for patients and communicate with medical facilities such as hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers</li>\n <li>Ensuring services comply with state and federal regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Teamwork to coordinate with Doctors and other health care personnel</li>\n <li>Strong verbal communication skills to communicate with patients and the health care team</li>\n <li>People skills to connect emotionally with patients</li>\n <li>Experience in either Patient Experience or Customer Service</li>\n <li>Patient Care Coordinators are to be in-office (where applicable), and may be required to travel, as meeting New Patients face-to-face adds to the patient’s experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li>\n <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li>\n</ul>",
