    "requisitionDescription": "<div><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"727\" data-pasted=\"true\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p>Remote position with up to 50% travel to U.S. locations</p><p>Bonus eligible</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Hands-on operational finance leader responsible for maintaining strong plant-level accounting controls across multiple sites, including month-end close, account analysis, reconciliations, inventory and job cost management, forecasting, audit preparation, and fixed asset accounting. This position serves as a key financial partner to plant managers by supporting interpretation of operating results, strengthening cost and margin visibility, and providing financial insight to improve operational performance and decision-making.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Perform ongoing plant accounting functions including balancing detail and general ledgers, month-end account analysis and reconciliations, and monthly general ledger close.</li><li>Ensure accurate and consistent application of cost accounting principles, inventory controls, and operational reporting across all sites.</li><li>Maintain the integrity of accounting information by reviewing variance analysis for all items impacting GM, including MUV and labor/burden absorption.</li><li>Balance and maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.</li><li>Assist plant managers in interpreting operating results and provide recommendations for cost reduction, margin improvement, and profit enhancement.</li><li>Maintain the fixed asset capitalization process and supporting FA system to ensure accurate asset values and depreciation.</li><li>Lead Margin Committee activities, including follow-up and improvement tracking at each site.</li><li>Mentor and develop plant finance support teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and finance systems teams to enhance reporting tools and ERP utilization for plant operational benefit.</li><li>Support integration of new sites, systems, or processes as part of standardization, growth, or transformation initiatives.</li><li>All other duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required, multi-site experience a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and financial analysis.</li><li>Proven leadership and team development capabilities.</li><li>Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable in a multi-ERP environment (e.g., Epicor, JobBoss, M2M) and advanced Excel.</li><li>Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive financial accountability.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to be highly accurate with a high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, handle stressful situations, multitask and ability to prioritize work.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a multi-site team environment as well as autonomously.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Open concept office environment<strong>.&nbsp;</strong></li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.</li></ul><p>The work environment described here is representative of that which an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
