The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience in designing electrical building systems, and a demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to projects from the initial design through final construction. The Senior Electrical Engineer will thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment, contributing directly to the execution of our mission and vision. The Senior Electrical Engineer will report directly to the Electrical Team Manager and Principal in Charge (PIC). </span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This opportunity is available at any of our three offices: Pittsburgh, Philadelphia or Portersville, PA.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Engineer</em></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span> Priorities</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead in the preparation, development and design of commercial and industrial electrical power systems on a variety of MEP projects using applicable codes </span>and company drafting standards, practices, and procedures</li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with and foster the skill development of electrical design and project team members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare technical reports, edit specifications, undertake technical investigation studies, and assist with power coordination studies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in the QA/QC process, milestone design review and inter-discipline cross-checking</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate time and schedule to work on multiple projects concurrently</span></li>\n<li><span>Schedule and participate in all scheduled team communication, meetings, and trainings</span></li>\n<li><span>Be a contributor to the overall business development of the company</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span>What You Need</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure</span></li>\n<li><span>10+ years designing electrical systems for the various MEP markets (Commercial, Education, Healthcare, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit 2022 or newer</span></li>\n<li><span>Expert level knowledge of building, utility, and energy codes</span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><span>Extensive experience on MEP projects from design through final construction</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity, professionalism and self awareness</span></li>\n<li><span>Brings a strong work ethic, collaborative mindset and desire to develop both self and others</span></li>\n<li><span>Possesses excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span>WHY WNA</span></em></span></p>\n<p><span>Our firm continues to thrive in an ever-competitive industry where reputation matters.
