    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Performs custodial duties in an indoor setting as assigned by the supervisor.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Primary duties and responsibilities unclude but not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs assigned tasks at cleaning sites including but not limited to carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing and buffing.</li>\n <li>Assists in moving supplies and equipment as needed.</li>\n <li> Notifies supervisor of problems/difficulties in performing job duties.</li>\n <li> Monitors inventory of supplies and notifies team leader when the need for replenishment arises.</li>\n <li>Notifies team leader if equipment is not working properly.</li>\n <li>Performs additional related duties as requested by supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have at least six months prior porter cleaning experience or completion of ACCES –VR porter training program.  </li>\n <li>Ability to perform medium to heavy manual labor; ability to understand instructions given by supervisor.  </li>\n <li>Has some training in use of commercial cleaning equipment.  </li>\n <li>Carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing and buffing experience required.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. </li>\n <li>Must have a qualified NYS driver’s license.                                                                             </li>\n</ul>",
