    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Oversee the proper reporting and documentation of all incidents.</span></li>\n<li><span>Act as focal point for any investigations involving hotel guests and employees, prepare accurate reports and follow up action plans.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure that any criminal activity does not hamper the smooth functioning of the hotel.</span></li>\n<li><span>Keep security measures under constant review to ensure they are adequate to meet current threats to the hotel.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with and ensure the accuracy of all industrial accident reports.</span></li>\n<li><span>Take the lead on all incidents and emergencies, if a Lead Officer, Supervisor, Head Supervisor or Manager in not on the scene as yet.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with directing and coordinating all disaster preparedness activities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for implementing safety and health measures. </span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of Fire Systems.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of room locking system.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitoring of camera system. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to assist with conducting background checks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Represent the Company with any contractual security service where necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span>Applicant will be called upon to work along with the Shift or Security Manager, other Security Team Members</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the organization.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist other departments with any required Security </span>matters.</li>\n<li><span>Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all </span>times.</li>\n<li><span>Assist with Guest and Team Member general </span>inquiries.</li>\n<li><span>Maintain the Security Department’s equipment and tools to lessen any damage or unnecessary expense.</span></li>\n<li><span>To inspect the Cameras on the Surveillance System and report the findings to the Head Security Supervisor, Security Supervisors, Security Manager and Information Technology Team.</span></li>\n<li><span>To maintain and update the Security Dairy, if assigned to the Diary. </span></li>\n<li><span>During Shift Handovers, update and provide pertinent information to the Officer in charge of the shift of any guest or staff incidents.</span></li>\n<li><span>Patrol and inspect all areas of the hotel, Exterior and Interior.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Education/Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>High school graduate or equivalent. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must be computer literate with strong administrative skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a ‘hands on’, problem solving approach.</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents.</span></li>\n<li><span>The ability and interpersonal skills to relate with internal and external customers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Five or more years in the security or military (RBDF &amp; RBPF) field.</span></li>\n<li><span>Five or more years in management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Previous hotel-related experience desired.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>",
