Senior Manager, Influencer & Creator

THE OPPORTUNITY KRAFTON Americas is seeking an Influencer and Creator Manager, North America to join the North American Publishing Services organization. This role will build and manage KRAFTON’s regional network of creators, streamers, influencers, talent partners, and player advocates across priority titles and future portfolio initiatives. The Influencer and Creator Manager will lead creator programs that drive awareness, trust, cultural relevance, engagement, and word of mouth. This includes launches, live service updates, announcements, playtests, events, and key community moments. The role will work closely with brand, publishing strategy, social, communications, community, media, events, legal, analytics, agencies, and external partners to align creator activity with title strategy and campaign goals. This is a hands on role for someone who understands gaming culture, creator ecosystems, streaming platforms, content trends, and player sentiment. The ideal candidate has strong creator relationships, sharp execution skills, sound judgment, and the ability to turn marketing goals into creator programs that feel authentic to players. RESPONSIBILITIES Own and manage KRAFTON’s influencer and creator programs across the North America publishing portfolio, ensuring each title has a clearly defined creator strategy aligned with its campaign goals and audience. Build and actively cultivate a regional network of creator partners, including streamers, influencers, talent managers, agencies, and player advocates, with an emphasis on relationships that are durable, authentic, and scalable across titles. Lead creator planning across key publishing moments including launches, live service updates, playtests, and events, ensuring creator activations are briefed, sequenced, and executed in a way that feels organic to the player community. Manage the day-to-day operational flow of creator campaigns, including outreach, briefing, approvals, content delivery, posting schedules, and campaign logistics, while maintaining clear communication with all external partners throughout. Collaborate closely with brand, publishing strategy, social, communications, community, and media teams to ensure creator programs are integrated into the broader campaign plan rather than operating as a standalone channel. Interpret and adapt global creator campaign direction for the North American market, applying regional platform knowledge, cultural context, and audience expectations to ensure activations land with local players. Track and report on creator program performance with a focus on actionable insight, measuring outcomes across reach, engagement, sentiment, and earned conversation and using those learnings to continuously improve the program. Stay actively connected to gaming culture, platform trends, and the creator ecosystem, bringing forward-looking perspective to the team and identifying new partnership opportunities before they become obvious. Oversee contracts, disclosures, usage rights, and brand safety requirements in partnership with legal and compliance teams, ensuring every creator engagement meets regulatory standards and protects KRAFTON’s reputation. Represent KRAFTON to creators and external partners with professionalism and player-first values, building a reputation in the creator community that makes top talent want to work with us. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience required. 7 or more years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field, with a track record of managing campaigns from strategy through execution in gaming, entertainment, or media. Deep familiarity with the North American gaming creator landscape, including streaming platforms, content culture, and the behavioral differences across channels and audience segments. Demonstrated ability to evaluate creator fit with confidence, assessing audience quality, content authenticity, platform relevance, and brand safety to make partnership decisions that hold up over the course of a campaign. Strong project management capability with experience running multiple active campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and keeping stakeholders clearly informed. Sound judgment when navigating player trust, community sentiment, and brand safety, with the maturity to recognize escalation needs before they become public issues. Familiarity with creator measurement tools, platform analytics, and campaign reporting, with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Experience with PC, console, or mobile game publishing is a plus. Existing relationships within the North American gaming creator and talent ecosystem are strongly preferred, as is a genuine passion for games and player-first marketing. In California, the expected salary range for this position is $102,000-$140,000.
