(Playbook, Healthier U, POV, etc.).</li>\n<li>Encodes all shows to HD format to be sent to various network channels.</li>\n<li>Organizes all digital files (programs, video clips) and uploads them to various network channels every Wednesday for broadcasts.</li>\n<li>Uses creative judgment to write program descriptions, text files, and all other written communication in connection with network programming.</li>\n<li>Comes up with innovative ideas for show programming and better ways to utilize this exciting new media.</li>\n<li>Create, update, and maintain program files.</li>\n<li>Edit television video and soundtracks as requested by the supervisor.</li>\n<li>Evaluate and select scenes for dramatic and entertainment value, as well as story continuity.</li>\n<li>Trim program segments to specified lengths and reassemble segments into a sequence that presents the story with maximum effect.</li>\n<li>Review the assembled program and make corrections.</li>\n<li>Create social media reels.</li>\n<li>Every Saturday, record and create sermon intro and/or reels.</li>\n<li>Create DVDs and CDs for distribution.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Specifications:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications, Scope, and Complexity of Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: 4 years college, preferably in communication or marketing</li>\n<li>Experience: Demonstrated previous projects in video production.</li>\n<li>Skills, scope, and complexity of duties:\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>o Attention to detail.<br>o Ability to multitask.<br>o Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Visual Hub, Transmit.<br>o Works well independently or on a team.<br>o Works with little or no supervision.<br>o Good Personal relationship skills</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Membership: Member in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church abiding by its beliefs and values.<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Interpersonal Relationships:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Within Ministry:\n<ul>\n<li>Speaker Director</li>\n<li>Manager</li>\n<li>Breath of Life office staff and field representatives</li>\n<li>Support Services and all on-campus personnel</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Outside Ministry:\n<ul>\n<li>Donors, clients, and contractors</li>\n<li>AMM and NAD Staff</li>\n<li>Oakwood University Church employees and volunteers</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>General working conditions of an office and editing suite</li>\n<li>Physical requirements: requires time at a computer or at desk, with minimal standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and lifting (maximum of 50 lbs.)</li>\n<li>Other requirements:\n<ul>\n<li>Hourly, 38+ regular hours per week.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At times may require </span>variable hours, weekend work and travel.</li>\n<li>Professional office attire required</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>",
