    "description_html": "<strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong><br>The role of the Sherwood Park – Strathcona County PCN Family Practice Nurse is to provide comprehensive nursing services to the patient population of a family practice clinic within the Network. <br><br>The nurse will work collaboratively with patients, family physicians and other team members to develop and implement care plans and provide follow-up with patients.  The nurse will assess, manage and support patients to provide comprehensive care, education and guidance to patients with a variety of clinical conditions.  Duties will vary depending on the clinic and patient population.<ul><li><strong>0.8 FTE Permanent </strong></li><li><strong>Schedule: Tuesday -
