The more you assemble the more you can make!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Come join the best team in the business, APPLY TODAY!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay\n  <ul>\n   <li>On site Training</li>\n   <li>30 Days of paid training $18.00 - $20.00 an hour</li>\n   <li>Pay Rate: Piece rate (paid by the piece)</li>\n   <li>DailyPay – work today get paid tomorrow\n    <ul>\n     <li>free enrollment required</li>\n    </ul></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Tools are supplied to assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other requested products with precision and adherence to SPAR’s specifications.</li>\n <li>Flexible work hours\n  <ul>\n   <li>The amount of work can vary from store to store</li>\n   <li>Travel will be necessary to cover the stores in your territory</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Training and Career Advancement</li>\n <li>Ability to increase hours if available</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive training\n  <ul>\n   <li>Onsite Training</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Work independently, utilizing your reliable transportation to reach designated stores.</li>\n <li>Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction through exceptional service and top-notch craftsmanship.</li>\n <li>Report on client work completions on the same day as service</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Experience with bikes, whether maintaining your own or in a professional setting (preferred)</li>\n <li>Good communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently</li>\n <li>Available weekday daytime hours</li>\n <li>Able to carry and lift up to 40 lbs. </li>\n <li>Able to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods</li>\n <li>Internet access with an active email address</li>\n <li>Android or iOS smart phone and/or tablet for wireless reporting</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation, some travel involved</li>\n</ul>\n<p>SPAR has more than 50 years of experience in retail and consumer goods serving some of the world’s best companies.
