    "description": "<p> </p>\n<p>LaRiviere Inc. is seeking Landscape Maintenance for Public Works, Commercial, and Residential landscape construction projects in the Spokane, Washington &amp; Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area. We offer some of the best pay and benefits in the region. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for a skilled Landscape Laborers to assist with the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Landscape Laborer’s responsibilities include soil preparation, planting, pruning, mowing, and watering, as well as maintaining gardening tools and equipment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Candidates with a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a keen interest in landscaping and horticulture are preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A passion for outdoor work, good physical condition, and the ability to work well in a team are all important qualities for this role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LaRiviere offers a generous benefit package to all our employees including medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and 401K. Physical demands include lifting, bending, kneeling, and the use of hand and power tools.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools</li>\n<li>Plant, mow, weed, and water landscape areas</li>\n<li>Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges</li>\n<li>Install and maintain irrigation systems</li>\n<li>Apply fertilizers and other plant care substances</li>\n<li>Assist with the design and layout of landscape plans</li>\n<li>Remove trash and debris from work sites</li>\n<li>Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with team members and clients</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred</li>\n<li>Familiarity with landscaping design and maintenance</li>\n<li>Knowledge of local plants, trees, and shrubs</li>\n<li>Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment</li>\n<li>Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items</li>\n<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">LaRiviere is an Equal Opportunity Employer is an equal opportunity employer.
