    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position performs various functions in the parking areas to ensure smooth traffic and pedestrian flow in a safe and orderly manner.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Directs the flow of vehicles in and out of the parking areas to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Maintains an orderly parking area for pedestrians to ensure their safety.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Uses signals and flashlights to direct the flow of vehicles and pedestrians.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Sets-up, positions, and removes traffic cones and barricades as directed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Maintains assigned position, rotating where needed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Reports unsafe parking lot conditions, maintenance deficiencies, signage requirement, safety hazards, or any unusual incidents to supervisor.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Provides directions and customer service in a courteous manner.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Excellent customer service and communication skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Ability to work cooperatively with team members and others.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Applicants must be 17+ </span>to apply due to the nature of the work being performed, which may involve working on active busy Parking lots.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Applicant must be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours) without leaning, squatting, sitting, or using physical supports, as the role requires continuous on-site presence and mobility.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Stands, walks, and moves for sustained periods.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Moves objects at least 30 pounds.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Repetitive motions using hands, wrists, and arms.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Works outdoors and is exposed to weather conditions, dust, dirt, and exhaust fumes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Involves some exposure to hazards or physical risk that require following safety precautions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.</span></p>",
