The Maintenance Technician will be professionally responsible for keeping the facility, arcades, and go-karts running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Accountabilities:</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Perform diversified duties and repairs to maintain the functionality of the facility, go-karts, and arcade games.</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Provide unscheduled repairs of attractions as needed when they experience issues.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of go-karts. Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance checklist to ensure attractions are safe and have oil/grease or proper lubrication.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;All work performed on attractions must adhere to procedures and guideline set forth by manufacturer.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Ensure that maintenance schedules set forth by the manufacturers are adhered to and not deviated from.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;All documentation and repair logs are kept indefinitely and turned into Maintenance Manager, including annual inspections, NDT testing, grease &nbsp; bearings/bearings monitoring.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, troubleshooting and repair to the facility, go-karts &nbsp; and attractions.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Use a variety of hand and power tools including torque wrench and rattle can paint gun.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Comply with OSHA safety regulations&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Maintain clean and orderly work areas.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Review processes and procedures regularly to look for ways to improve and be more efficient.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Principle Duties and Responsibilities:</span></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Create a positive safety culture ensuring safety of our employees and visitors at all times.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Ensure compliance of Five Star Parks and Attraction&rsquo;s standards&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Perform other duties as assigned by management&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Must be able and willing to stand or walk for up to 10-hour shifts&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;This position is physically demanding and requires lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and walking.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Light carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical skills preferred.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Knowledge and use of hand and power tools.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Perform general building maintenance or preventative maintenance &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Assist in preventative maintenance work related to rides and attractions&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Coordinate tasks and repairs with supervisor&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Order parts, supplies, or equipment&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Estimate costs to repair machinery, equipment, or building structures&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Responsible for filling out work orders, inspection forms, and preventative maintenance checklists&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Paint or repair windows, doors, floors, drywall, or other parts of building structures&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Operate welding equipment to cut or join metal parts&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Perform light electrical and plumbing work&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Change furnace filters&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Operate forklift and personal lift&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Maintain a clean work area</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;Education, Qualifications and Experience:</span></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;High school or equivalent education required.
