    "description": "<ul>\n<li><span>Category: Court Reporting Services</span></li>\n<li><span>Location: in-person appearances</span></li>\n<li><span>Tampa, FL </span></li>\n<li><span>Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship</span></li>\n<li><span>Telecommute: No</span></li>\n<li><span>Part-Time (as needed)</span></li>\n<li><span>Schedule: typically, 8am-4:30pm M-F, but may be required before, during and/or after normal business hours</span></li>\n<li><span>Travel Required: NO</span></li>\n<li><span>Positions Available: 4</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must provide a minimum of 3 professional references with resume</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>CMA requires</span><span> Court Reporting Services for Grand Jury and Deposition.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Education/Experience:</p>\n<p>The Court Reporter shall hold the certification as a National Court Reports Association (NCRA) Registered Professional Reporter (RPR), or equivalent.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Duties/Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grand Jury Testimony and Deposition Transcripts shall be typed in an original and delivered within the turnaround times set forth.</li>\n<li>All regular transcripts will be completed and delivered on or before the 10th business day after the date a witness testifies in the Grand Jury.</li>\n<li>A regular transcript shall be delivered for each witness testimony when requested on or before the 10th business day after the request is received.</li>\n<li>Intermediate transcripts shall be completed and delivered on or before the 5th business day after the request is received.</li>\n<li>Daily Grand Jury transcripts shall be delivered before 9:30am of the following business day after the conclusion of a day's proceedings.</li>\n<li>expedited transcripts shall be delivered by 9:00pm the same day of the proceedings.</li>\n<li>Proceedings are scheduled for 9am-12pm and 1pm-5pm with a one hour lunch break.</li>\n<li>The Court Reporter is guaranteed payment of a minimum of three hours.</li>\n<li>All proceedings shall be recorded and A read back capability is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>CMA is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
