This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the finance team to meet internal and external deadlines.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">🚀<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How you can make a difference:</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span>1. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Daily Operations</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, including both corporate and client accounts.</span></li>\n<li><span>Reconcile Payment Service Provider (PSP) transactions with the trading system.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure accurate daily posting of client transactions and trading books in the accounting system.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage daily segregation of client funds.</span></li>\n<li><span>Post invoices in the accounting system.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct other required reconciliations as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Calculate and report VAT.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> 2. </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Payments &amp; Supplier Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Process supplier payments in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain and reconcile the supplier ledger with supplier statements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Serve as a point of contact for invoice payment queries from other departments and external parties.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>3. </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Month-End Procedures:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform month-end procedures (journals, reconciliations, accruals / pre-payments, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare and update the fixed-asset register.</span></li>\n<li><span>Generate trial balances (TB) and monthly management accounts, ensuring relevant schedules and breakdowns are prepared.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide input and commentary on the Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) statements.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>4. </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prepare and supervise daily financial reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with ad hoc reporting requirements as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support the annual financial audit process to ensure compliance with submission deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support the regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with them</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with finance team members to ensure all internal and external financial deadlines are met.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63);
