font-size: 12pt\">Structure and transform data into clear layers (staging, intermediate, marts)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and support our data infrastructure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and optimize data syncs, warehouse performance, and cost</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Support Looker dashboards and explores by ensuring </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">accurate and well-modeled underlying data</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive decision-making</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify and resolve data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integration challenges</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Act as a subject-matter expert on the data, its relationships, and overall structure</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><br><br></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you bring:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2–4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in SQL</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Strong experience with </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">dbt</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">, including macros, tests, and performance optimization</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse (Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with Fivetran or other ELT tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Looker (LookML, dashboards, user permissions)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Good understanding of </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">data modeling concepts</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"> (e.g. fact and dimension tables, structuring data for analytics)</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
