    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support oil and gas operations by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and inspection of production equipment and facilities. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on oilfield equipment and production facilities</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems</li>\n <li>Inspect pumps, compressors, motors, valves, tanks, and related production equipment</li>\n <li>Assist with equipment installations, startup, and commissioning activities</li>\n <li>Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, manuals, and technical drawings</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation</li>\n <li>Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations</li>\n <li>Coordinate with operations and other maintenance personnel to support daily field activities</li>\n <li>Participate in on-call rotation and respond to field issues as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues safely and efficiently</li>\n <li>Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings</li>\n <li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and field conditions</li>\n <li>Oilfield production or midstream maintenance experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safety procedures including LOTO and JSA processes</li>\n</ul>",
