Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">We are currently seeking Licensed Electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems for various projects in the solar installation process.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Complete projects within established policies and procedures</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Complete projects within time frames and budgets</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative equipment</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">MSP Rebuilds &amp; Upgrades</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Responsible for the groundwork of a solar installation which includes the connection to the MSP</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Communicate with customers in a professional, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Document proper paperwork for each job completed</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Performs other related duties as assigned</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ability to read blueprints</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ability to use hand tools and power tools</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">A high school diploma or equivalent is required</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Solar or relevant experience is preferred</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Licensed - Completion of a formal apprenticeship and proof of valid electrician's license required</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Unlicensed - Must be enrolled in a trade apprenticeship</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Driving Requirements:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must be at least 21 years old</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must be able to work at great heights.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Work Environment:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">PV installation is done outdoors.
