          "text": "<p>The Regional Vice-President TX/TN will be responsible for DCSAM operations within our regional market footprint, including full P&amp;L accountability for the region’s projects.&#xa0;</p><p>DCS Asset Maintenance is focused on bundled performance-based maintenance contracts for roadway and bridge infrastructure networks within the United States.&#xa0;</p><p>The Regional Vice-President will work closely with both field and executive leadership to deliver on organizational goals related to safety, customer satisfaction, contractual compliance and financial targets.&#xa0;</p><p>The Regional VP will collaborate with managers to ensure the company culture remains intact while improving the customer experience and operational and financial performance.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong><em><u>Operational Oversight </u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Direct and oversee all regionally based Project managers and Senior Project Managers daily or as often as needed to the projects to maintain consistent senior leadership presence on all projects</li><li>Manage appropriate staffing levels in accordance with contract expectations.&#xa0; Closely monitor labor costs and overtime.&#xa0;</li><li>Enforce a positive employee culture and ensure managers are living up to company standards</li><li>Ensuring safety is the number one priority and provide leadership and guidance to all employees.&#xa0; Ensure a culture of Safety remains strong in each project.&#xa0; Set the overall tone and be sure all Safety processes and procedures are followed at every level of the organization.</li></ul><p><strong><em><u>Financial Accountability </u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Full P&amp;L responsibility for regional projects.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure cost controls, margin protection and expansion, and financial accuracy along with operational optimization, fleet unallocated management, and leverage current contracts for additional opportunities.</li><li>Ensure checks and balances are in place to hit or exceed budgets</li></ul><p><strong><em><u>Customer &amp; Stakeholder Management </u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary customer interface for all regional clients</li><li>Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and performance reviews</li><li>Represent DCSAM in trade events, State DOT events, and industry functions</li></ul><p><strong><em><u>People Leadership </u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Manage all employee relations and disciplinary actions within the region</li><li>Ensure staffing alignment, workforce planning, and performance management</li><li>Provide leadership training and mentorship for Sr PM’s and PM’s.</li></ul><p><strong><em><u>Business Development &amp; Bidding </u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Participate in all bids for the region and become one of the subject matter experts in that process</li><li>Coordinate bid strategy with the growth team and project managers for the TX/TN region as well as potential new states.&#xa0; Focus on additional opportunities, leveraging strong performance and existing relationships</li><li>Lead any new project start-ups.</li></ul>",
