Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically inclined
Jr. Support Engineer (IPM –Inside Project Manager) to support daily operations, project coordination, and technical support activities across multiple teams and resources.
The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of coordination between clients, field resources, and internal teams, ensuring that tasks, projects, and support requests are tracked, communicated, and resolved efficiently. This role combines strong organizational and project management skills with a foundational understanding of technical systems and support operations.
Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone)
Work Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT) | Aligned with Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Note: This role is currently remote; however, based on business needs, it may transition to an on-site role while continuing to follow Eastern Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily operational, project-related, and technical support activities across multiple teams and resources.
Monitor, track, and follow up on assigned tasks, support requests, and project deliverables to ensure timely completion and accountability.
Manage shared support channels, review incoming client and internal requests, and ensure proper documentation, prioritization, and escalation when required.
Serve as a central point of communication between clients, field resources, technical teams, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating issue resolution.
Assist in troubleshooting coordination by gathering relevant information, supporting remote troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, support activities, task statuses, and follow-up actions.
Identify delays, blockers, resource constraints, or performance concerns and escalate them appropriately.
Support overall project execution, operational efficiency, workflow management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective coordination of activities related to electronic security systems, video surveillance, access control systems, network-connected devices, IoT solutions, and other technical support operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in project coordination, technical support, operations, or working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
Familiarity with project management, ticketing, or task-tracking tools is preferred.
Requirements
Basic understanding of electronics fundamentals.
Basic understanding of computer systems and operating environments.
Understanding of networking fundamentals.
Exposure to JavaScript is a plus but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong follow-up, accountability, and ownership mindset.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
