Our values are Excellence, Innovation, Commitment, Caring and Integrity.</p><p><br><strong>What will you do as a Nurse Practitioner?</strong></p><p><br>The <strong>Nurse Practitioner </strong>provides client medical and/or psychiatric treatment services in consultation with and supervision from the supervising Medical Director/Psychiatrist, and/or other care providers to ensure client medical and/or psychiatric needs are met in accordance with the treatment plan and agency policies and procedures.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>As a <strong>Nurse Practitioner</strong> you will work a part time schedule, <strong>10-20 hours per week</strong></p><p><br>As <strong>Nurse Practitioner </strong>you will have the following responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Learn and utilize the organization’s systems, processes and procedures as instructed.&nbsp;</li><li>Display a high degree of being open to coaching/feedback regarding performance and areas of improvement.</li><li>Contribute to a positive team culture through your actions, attitude, and communication.&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently deliver excellent customer service to your clients/customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct yourself in the highest standards of ethics and integrity while displaying emotional intelligence in your day-to-day work with customers, peers, and leadership.</li><li>Represent the organization internally and externally through your communication and conduct.</li><li>Display trauma informed practices and principles in your interactions with customers, with peers and with leadership.</li><li>Residential Client Admissions - The Family or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assist in the diagnostic process by &nbsp;evaluating clients with a concentration on past medical and psychiatric history, current physical and psychiatric status, and the agency’s ability to provide medical and psychiatric needs while in placement.</li><li>Providing and documenting appropriate residential medical care, including but not limited to: Compile medical history.&nbsp;</li><li>Admission/annual physical examinations, Management of acute and chronic illnesses, Orders for speech or occupational &nbsp;therapy.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring immunizations are up to date, providing orders for vaccines when lapsed.</li><li>Order and oversee processing of laboratory studies as medically indicated.</li><li>Referrals for off-campus healthcare as needed.</li><li>Provide orders for restrictive interventions and assess consumers following restrictive interventions as per TCFF policy and procedures.</li><li>Provide orders for self-harm watches as per TCFF policy and procedure.</li><li>Collaborate with the Medical Director in the coordination between MH/SA services being delivered with primary physical or psychiatric healthcare providers</li></ul><p><strong>What does this position offer?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Starting Pay Range: $55.00-$70.00 hourly (negotiable)</strong></li></ul>",
