Working closely with the Catholic Priest and Chapel Staff, the Coordinator helps foster faith formation for children, youth, and families in a welcoming and well-organized environment. All programs are conducted in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS), USA. </p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Must be a practicing Catholic who has received the Sacrament of Confirmation.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must hold a valid Catechist Certificate issued by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Demonstrated experience in Catholic theology and catechesis.  </p></li></ul><p><strong>Duties: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Plan, coordinate, and oversee Catholic Religious Education programs for children and youth.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Recruit, train, and support volunteer catechists and program staff.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure curriculum and instruction align with AMS guidance and Chapel policies. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain accurate records for participants and volunteers, and prepare required reports.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate schedules, classroom assignments, and facility setup to ensure readiness.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure compliance with safety standards, background check requirements, and Air Force regulations.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Attend required meetings and provide support for special liturgical and community events as directed. </p></li></ul>",
