Site Portal&reg;, a customizable Web-based software, was engineered by C Squared Systems to remotely monitor and manage these complex multi-vendor environments.</p><p>&nbsp;Since 1999, C Squared Systems has executed turnkey in-building wireless solutions using state-of-the-art analysis tools to deliver RF solutions that exceed project scope and customer expectations. Our experience, technical expertise, and diverse projects in the wireless realm have allowed C Squared Systems to continually evolve as new technologies are developed and the demands of our customers change.</p><p>C2 Systems is currently seeking a Radio Frequency (RF)/Field Engineer to join our team. If you are highly motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, this may be the role for you. You will be interacting with customers and co-workers on a daily basis and providing timely and detailed updates. This position will require you to be in the field 90% of the time.<br><br>Primary Responsibilities:<br>* Takes the lead on system commissioning, integrations, and activations<br>* Performs system tests using scanners, spectrum analyzers, transmitters, and other electronic test equipment<br>* Performs site surveys and in-depth walkthroughs<br>* Works (hands on) with system components such as antennas, fiber optics, coax, and RF amplifiers<br>* Troubleshoots and repairs systems for optimal performance<br>* Application of RF principles/theory (signal path, power, frequency, noise, modulations, etc.)<br>* Multi-tasks on projects on a day-to-day basis<br>* Maintains test equipment and tools for continuous use<br>* Travels to various job sites within Maryland and outlying regions (DC, Northern Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware)<br><br>Skills/Qualifications:<br>* 2 year college degree (preferably technical) with relevant coursework<br>* 2+ years of related experience preferred (previous experience with DAS architecture and other cellular systems)<br>* Knowledge of various wireless technologies (CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, LTE, etc.)<br>* Possess strong technical aptitude and the desire to learn and advance within a technical field<br>* Comfortable working in high pressure situations<br>* Ability to receive and give direction on an as needed basis<br>* Knowledge of RF optimization techniques and best practices<br>* Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.)<br>* Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license with reliable transportation<br><br>In addition, you should have the following characteristics:<br>* Self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and direction<br>* Ability to work in groups<br>* Passion for learning new technologies<br>* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<br>* Strong written and verbal English communication skills</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
