Murren is seeking an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pipe Foreman</span> specializing in underground wet utilities (water, sewer, and storm drainage) for heavy civil site development projects throughout the Southeastern United States.</p>\n<p>This role is responsible for leading field crews, executing work safely and efficiently, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, production, and scheduling goals. The Pipe Foreman serves as the front-line supervisor and plays a critical role in planning daily operations, coordinating resources, and maintaining our strong safety culture.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and promote the Company’s Safety Culture in all field operations</li>\n<li>Supervise and direct pipe crews performing water, sewer, and storm drain installation</li>\n<li>Read and interpret blueprints, utility profiles, and project specifications</li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate daily work activities for assigned phase of work</li>\n<li>Identify project risks and proactively communicate issues or opportunities</li>\n<li>Ensure proper layout, grade checking, and elevation control using levels, lasers, and GPS</li>\n<li>Stage materials, equipment, and manpower for efficient workflow</li>\n<li>Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance</li>\n<li>Submit accurate daily reports and complete crew timecard review</li>\n<li>Communicate project status clearly and timely to Project Managers and Superintendents</li>\n<li>Train and develop crew members and create opportunities for skill growth and advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience as a Foreman in heavy civil underground wet utilities</li>\n<li>Proven experience installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of trench safety, OSHA standards, and utility installation best practices</li>\n<li>Proficient in grade checking, layout, and blueprint reading</li>\n<li>Ability to utilize a computer for daily reporting, emails, and time entry</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have valid driver's license</li>\n<li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n<li>Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.</li>\n<li>Subject to a background screening process</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to attend job site visits as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To be considered for this position, you must first complete our Culture Index personality survey.
