Together, we are committed to creating world-class developments, anchored in high quality design, sustainability, and outstanding customer service.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role &amp; Team</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The Investment &amp; Partnerships Manager will support the Investment Director and Partnerships Director in managing external relationships, leading technical/development information flows, and driving transaction coordination. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Relationship Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Managing and supporting relationships with key external stakeholders including institutional investors, private equity, 3rd party operators, housing associations and the public sector.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Build relationships and trust with both internal and external stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Support investor and partner engagement by tracking actions, preparing follow‑ups, and ensuring materials are sent promptly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Maintain and update stakeholder and CRM databases ; coordinate relationship ownership, tiers and contact updates.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Information Flows</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Set up and manage datarooms to support transactions, fund raising and investor / partner information flows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Coordinate input across internal teams (Technical, Development, Land etc…) and ensure information is shared accurately and on time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Track technical queries, ensure responses are captured and escalated when needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Transaction Support &amp; Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Lead in the preparation of marketing materials to support the funding and disposal of Build to Rent and Affordable Housing opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Support financial underwriting on an end-to-end basis from land acquisition to funding and disposal, including tracking comparable information and financial modelling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Assist in coordinating inputs and preparing materials needed for legal negotiations, due diligence, and Investment Committee approvals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Monitor deliverables across legal, commercial, technical and finance streams to keep transactions moving.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Skills &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Experience in real estate investment, development, or advisory, with exposure to Living sectors (BTR, PBSA) and/or affordable housing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Experience working across transactions or complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with investors, registered providers, JV partners, and advisors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to take ownership within deal processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing sight of the bigger picture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Strong real estate development understanding, including development, technical, and financial.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Experience managing information flows across multiple teams and external partners.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What’s in it for you?</span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> <br>Ensuring you have a work-life balance and stay healthy and happy is important to London Square.
