We save time and reduce the workload of our clients by acting as a competent extension of their team. Your precision and time management skills will make a real impact as you ensure filings are completed accurately and efficiently.</p><p>Some of your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Prepare and file corporate documents&nbsp;for companies across the U.S. and internationally, including business formations, registrations, amendments, and governance updates.</li><li>Work directly with clients&nbsp;to gather financial and other required information for state filings.</li><li>Research filing rules and procedures&nbsp;in different states and jurisdictions to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Team up with other compliance specialists&nbsp;to support larger, more complex projects.</li><li>Send important documents&nbsp;to clients, vendors, and government agencies using customized delivery methods.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What will you bring to the role?&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer success and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.</p><p>Other key skills required for the role include:</p><ul><li>Completion of High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>2 years Registered Agent/Corporate Filing at the Secretary of State experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Corporate Filings: Formation, registrations, amendments, governance updates.&nbsp;</li><li>State Filings: Researching requirements, auditing entities, preparing documents&nbsp;</li><li>Jurisdictional Research: Navigating filing procedures across various states.</li><li>Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Positive, enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - strong spelling and grammar skills a must</li><li>Proficient with MAC Operating System and MS Office Suite (Intermediate level Word, Excel, PowerPoint usage)</li><li>Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with little supervision.</li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet strict deadlines.</li></ul><p><strong>Rewards designed for you</strong></p><p><strong>Paid parental leave,</strong> flexible working and a caring and inclusive culture.</p><p><strong>Health and wellbeing</strong> rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family, including medical, dental and vision.</p><p><strong>Invest in your future</strong> with 401k matching and tax-advantaged flexible spending plans, including healthcare, dependent care and commuter.</p><p><strong>Income protection.</strong> Our package includes short and long-term disability benefits, life insurance and supplemental life insurance.</p><p><strong>And more.</strong> Ours is a welcoming and close-knit community, with experienced colleagues ready to help you grow.
