Team and is responsible for creating dynamic video features for in-game use, digital, sales and corporate marketing. The role works closely with Marketing and Communications and other team members in the production of video compelling content across the club’s platforms.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Duties and responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Overall responsibility: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Serve as an ambassador of JustHoop demonstrating our mission and values in a positive and professional manner and acting as a role model of the JustHoop Brand.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Takes live fast-action photos at outdoor and indoor sporting events; photographs individual athletes, game/stadium action, fans, practices, and community events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Shoots and edits videos at outdoor and indoor sporting events; videos individual athletes, game/stadium action, fans, practices, and community events; may create motion graphics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Edits video and sound to produce game highlights and promotional material.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Uploads photos and videos for easy retrieval; maintains a consistent digital asset management system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Provides fast turnaround of images for web, social media, and news media requests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Assist with generating content on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Disseminates videos and photographs to media or other third parties as directed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Travels to various games, camps and events to capture shots and video footage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">May assist other event personnel in the set-up, operation, and clean-up of event venues as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Knowledge/Interest in sports or specifically, basketball</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Display a high level of competency in all areas of video production, including lighting, sound, motion graphics, color correction, and publishing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Proven ability to be detail oriented, meet deadlines and communicate quickly and clearly with colleagues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at a time with tight deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Passion for engaging audiences, working with others, storytelling, outside the box thinking and pushing the creative boundaries of sports video content.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Film, Photography, TV (or currently in school). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Preferred: minimum of 2-3 years of video editing and shooting experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Working conditions</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">This position requires regular evening and weekend availa</span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">bility. Work is primarily performed on a basketball court with appropriate climate controls. Travel, early morning, evening, and weekend work is required.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Physical requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Essential functions of this position require: lifting, manual dexterity, large motor skills, ability to communicate.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Be able to stand and walk the court without difficulty for an extended period of time. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body; involves sitting only occasionally, walking and standing are required regularly, incumbents may be required to kneel, crouch/squat, crawl, climb, stoop, turn/twist, balance, reach, or handle</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Mental Application: Utilizes memory for details, verbal instructions, emotional stability, critical thinking, adaptability and creative problem solving skills are important. </span></p>",
