(LGESMI) develops and manufactures large lithium-ion polymer batteries and packs for electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage applications. &nbsp;Come join the leader in advanced EV batteries!&nbsp;<a href=\"http://www.lgenergymi.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.lgenergymi.com</a>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>This role uses equipment and computerized systems to produce, evaluate, process disassemble suspect or defective lithium-ion batteries. Responsibilities may include disassembling and disposing of scrap/raw materials, filling out reports and escalating results to appropriate team members. Additionally, responsibilities include conducting quality checks, engage in trouble-shooting and basic equipment maintenance throughout the production process, collect qualifying products and package for shipment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure quality standards are followed</li><li>Check product and production process for desired quality to specifications</li><li>Monitor data from measuring devices</li><li>Work with teams and individuals to safety standards are being adhered</li><li>Assemble and disassemble equipment</li><li>Create work orders or instructions as needed</li><li>Engage in troubleshooting and report issues if not resolved</li><li>Identify defects during sales analysis</li><li>Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:<ol><li>Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain</li><li>Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container</li></ol></li><li>Follow LGESMI existing cleaning SOP&rsquo;s during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work area&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED required</li><li>Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>1 to 3+ years of related experience&nbsp;</li><li>Manufacturing experience required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Critical thinking&nbsp;</li><li>Complex problem solving&nbsp;</li><li>Monitoring&nbsp;</li><li>Time management&nbsp;</li><li>Judgment and decision making&nbsp;</li><li>Active learning&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours:<ol><li>Safety glasses</li><li>Steel-toed shoes</li><li>Latex Gloves</li><li>Nitrile Gloves</li><li>Respirator&nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Must be able to do the following repeatedly for a period of up to 12 hours up to 7 days a week:<ol><li>Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds</li><li>Stoop, twist, bend</li><li>Reach overhead</li><li>Sit and/or stand</li></ol></li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
