This <strong>12-month structured program</strong> is designed to support your transition into professional nursing practice while building strong clinical, critical thinking, and leadership skills.<strong>Position Overview</strong></p>\n<p>The RN Residency Program provides new graduate nurses with the training, education, and support needed to successfully transition into a clinical role.
