Observes and evaluates team members on the Framework for Effective Teaching and the Professionalism Rubric, including hosting mid- and end-of-year evaluations. Coordinates with complementary team specialists and school leaders to ensure that expectations, processes, and objectives for collaborative time and coaching are aligned to the school-wide strategic plan. Builds the capacity of a team of teachers to create welcoming and inclusive classroom learning environments and creates a team culture that embraces continuous learning and feedback. Serves as a member of the school’s Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) to support alignment and build instructional and leadership capacity and accountability among a team of teachers, including attending meetings and performing other ILT duties. Demonstrates values-driven, reflective, and resilient leadership by leading a team of teachers to a collective commitment to demonstrating school values. Selects which techniques are employed, based on the needs of their team of teachers, to achieve stated goals, including hosting and/or facilitating learning labs, co-planning, co-teaching/modeling, sharing resources, facilitating small group or whole-staff professional learning, and providing input into school-wide decisions. May participate in extra-duty activities such as coaching, tutoring, or summer programs, as outlined in the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement and in accordance with Department of Labor regulations. What You’ll Need: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required. A Master's Degree is only required for Concurrent Enrollment positions. Have a valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license. provides effective instruction aligned to the Framework for Effective Teaching; implements rigorous and relevant curriculum and daily and long-term planning in all classrooms; and improves assessment practices, data analysis, and action planning.</li>\n <li>Observes and evaluates team members on the Framework for Effective Teaching and the Professionalism Rubric, including hosting mid- and end-of-year evaluations.</li>\n <li>Coordinates with complementary team specialists and school leaders to ensure that expectations, processes, and objectives for collaborative time and coaching are aligned to the school-wide strategic plan.</li>\n <li>Builds the capacity of a team of teachers to create welcoming and inclusive classroom learning environments and creates a team culture that embraces continuous learning and feedback.</li>\n <li>Serves as a member of the school’s Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) to support alignment and build instructional and leadership capacity and accountability among a team of teachers, including attending meetings and performing other ILT duties.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates values-driven, reflective, and resilient leadership by leading a team of teachers to a collective commitment to demonstrating school values.</li>\n <li>Selects which techniques are employed, based on the needs of their team of teachers, to achieve stated goals, including hosting and/or facilitating learning labs, co-planning, co-teaching/modeling, sharing resources, facilitating small group or whole-staff professional learning, and providing input into school-wide decisions.</li>\n <li>May participate in extra-duty activities such as coaching, tutoring, or summer programs, as outlined in the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement and in accordance with Department of Labor regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A Master's Degree is only required for Concurrent Enrollment positions.</li>\n <li>Have a valid&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.cde.state.co.us/cdeprof/licensure_authorization_landing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><u>Colorado Department of Education</u></a>&nbsp;(CDE) teaching license.&nbsp;
