This individual will serve as the internal expert on AI tools, workflow automation, and data management translating complex processes into efficient, scalable systems that empower our project teams across all phases of Mission Critical construction. </span>This role requires someone who can both build powerful tools and teach others how to use them bridging the gap between technology and the field.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain a company-wide AI prompt library tailored to construction workflows</li>\n<li>Develop standardized prompts for RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and daily reports</li>\n<li>Evaluate and recommend new AI tools as the landscape evolves</li>\n<li>Train staff on effective, consistent AI usage across departments</li>\n<li>Create quick-reference guides and cheat sheets for field and office teams<br></li>\n<li>Build advanced templates using Power Query, macros, pivot tables, and dynamic formulas</li>\n<li>Automate repetitive reporting including cost reports, labor tracking, and material logs</li>\n<li>Standardize data entry formats across all projects to ensure clean, reliable data</li>\n<li>Build executive and PM-level dashboards for real-time project visibility</li>\n<li>Audit and improve existing spreadsheets to eliminate errors and inefficiencies<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build executive dashboards showing project health, cost trends, and schedule performance</span></li>\n<li>Automate weekly and monthly reporting packages across all active projects</li>\n<li>Develop Mission Critical-specific KPI tracking tools</li>\n<li>Consolidate multi-project data into company-wide performance views</li>\n<li>Build tracking tools for all MC project phases: design, construction, commissioning, and turnover</li>\n<li>Automate punch list and commissioning documentation workflows</li>\n<li>Create structured owner reporting templates that meet Mission Critical client expectations</li>\n<li>Support MEP and commissioning data coordination across teams and subcontractors<br></li>\n<li>Conduct workshops, lunch-and-learns, and one-on-one training for all staff levels</li>\n<li>Create SOPs, how-to guides, and video tutorials for all tools and workflows</li>\n<li>Serve as the internal go-to resource for AI, Excel, and platform questions</li>\n<li>Develop and manage a company-wide digital skills program<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education, Experience, and Licensing/Certifications include:</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3+ years of experience in a data management, IT, or process improvement role</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  <br></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Experience in the construction industry, specifically with a General Contractor<br></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">F</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">amiliarity with Mission Critical construction phases and documentation requirements<br></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Experience with Power BI, Bluebeam, Autodesk, or similar construction technology platforms<br></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)<br></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Experience developing SOPs and internal training programs<br></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, macros, pivot tables, dynamic formulas)<br></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hands-on experience with Procore or a comparable construction management platform<br></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot in a business tools<br></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Strong communication and training skills — ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical
