    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></div><div><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Develop, negotiate, and implement strategies, plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the technical leadership of &nbsp;Branson technologies, to include existing product lines as well as development of new products and technologies. &nbsp;Strategies will be developed in conjunction with the Value Creation and Profitability Review process and programs supervised through Global Engineering Team.</span></span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Lead a China organization responsible for material joining product design and development, sustaining engineering and global welding programs.
